The first residential tower to be built downtown since the financial crisis of 2008, it became the catalyst for an unprecedented reinvigoration of a thriving city centre.
How we did it
1.
Prepared the market by creating “Rethink Downtown”—an exhibition that featured San Diego’s history and highlighted the trend of people from around the world moving to city centers.
2.
Designated the first “Super Prime” building in San Diego with a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that created local, national, and international demand.
3.
World Housing’s first “community for community” home gifting model where a community of homes is given away in the developing world for the successful sellout of the building.
