How we did it

Brought together the Ritz Carlton, Dean & Deluca, and Sushi Sho brands to showcase the luxury of the property and the unrealized value of the neighbourhood.

Choreographed a sales and marketing program that created demand in both the local markets and Japanese market when national real estate sales were at historic lows.

Relying on the power of the brands and high touch personalized service in Japan, many of the Residences were purchased “sight unseen” prior to the commencement of construction.
